Provenance Development recognizes that throughout many countries in the world clean, structurally sound and affordable shelters are practically non-existent. And in cases of natural disasters and a lot of situations of just providing regular everyday living arrangements, neither do some of the areas of the countries have the tools or materials readily available to construct shelters and are only able to construct crude and rudimentary living quarters. Therefore, Provenance spent four and a half years researching, designing and developing the ultimate housing solution.

Affordable Quality Housing
To address the vast need for affordable quality housing, Provenance Development has created a state of the art unique, factory built, injection molded modular housing unit that can be constructed on-site by two individuals with very few tools. This housing unit can be assembled in less than two hours. It is very light weight, very durable, can be constructed in various sizes and dimensions, expandable and can withstand wind speeds of 100+ mph. It can also be pre-fabricated with various outside facades & colors and assembled on natural surface or concrete and pier & beam. The pre-fabricated housing components are assembled using patent pending slider clips that connect the housing panels for full assembly. Up to forty units can be shipped in a standard semi-trailer or large shipping container for delivery to a construction site.

Manufacturing Process
Provenance Development utilizes a manufacturing process using injection molding of High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) materials to form interlocking panels for the floor, walls and roof of the modular unit. These panels are assembled using unique fasteners and clamps that require only the human hand to assemble. The flooring is designed to self level on slightly uneven ground surfaces to provide a flat interior floor.
